Feibusch Field, 10/27/09:  Lowell continued to tinker with its line up in preparation for the playoffs next week.  With Anthony Clay starting for the first time at outside left mid, Jono Loeser at center mid, Max Pollard at forward and Shane McCarthy in goal, Lowell began to put the pieces together and came away with a 3-1 win.  The scorers were:  Jono Loeser, Carlos Valadez and Anthony Clay.  

The Cardinals certainly missed one of its best players, Jesus Sanchez, but they got some of the most consistent midfield play of the season from Jono and Leo Harrington.  

The Cardinals continue to have the best record in AAA at 13-1-1.  However, their final match is against Balboa, an excellent opponent who gave Lowell fits the last time they played in what was without question the roughest game of the year.  We hope you will come out and support us in our final game at Lowell, 3:45, this Thursday, October 29th.
