Feibusch Field, 10/29/09:  Halloween came early with more tricks than treats in a disappointing 1-0 loss to Balboa.  The second team took the field early on in the second half and dominated their opponent but to no avail.  Strong defensive play by Sam Pollack, exciting midfield play by Eduardo Jiminez, Paul Stanier, Camilo Grabowski and Peter Harrington and determined chances on goal by forwards Patricio Trejo-Lerdo and Alejandro Valdivia gave Lowell a fighting chance.

Lowell will face Mission in the playoffs on Tuesday November 3rd at Boxer Stadium.  The winner will go on to the championship game on Saturday November 7th at Boxer.

The Cards finished the season with an outstanding 13-2-1 record.
