Participants must have all required paperwork signed and comleted, including physical, medical history, risk consent, cardiac arrest, concussion information, and anti-steroid forms (all forms available elsewhere on this website). Shinguards are also required, cleats and shorts are highly recommended. In case of rain, alternate meeting site will be posted outside Girls & Boys locker rooms (field entrances).
