On fri Sept. 21, F/S Lowell went to Jefferson and played Lowell style football. The offense controlling the clock, grinding it out, and moving down the field 5yds at a time. Eventually, the 5yds became chunks of 10yds with occasional breakout runs for 20+. The defense swarmed the sloppy and inconsistent Jefferson offense, capitalizing on their mistakes. The defense only gave up to big TD plays late in the 3rd Quarter. Lowell's offense then kept the ball for the rest of the game to run the clock out.

Lowell's offense led by Soph. QB Johann Leffler once again scored most of Lowell's points with 2 TDs on the ground and 1 on a Kick-off Return. But the offense would not have worked if it wasn't for the mental and physical toughness of the offensive line. The O-line pushed Jefferson's defense all over the field, opening up holes for Soph Wingback/Middle Linebacker Abul Aluadi to pound the ball and also scoring once.
