The Lowell Cross Country team will begin their season with practice on August 19, 2019.  Meet in front of the Stadium Gate next to the basketball courts after school at 3:45 PM.  A recent physical from a medical doctor will be needed.  Please download the following forms to be filled out before a student can begin practice:
