As the season comes close to an end, Lowell fencers added to the season wins by defeating both Balboa and Galileo.  The Cardinal record of 7 - 0 lead the league. with just the match against University HS remaining.  The last match of the season will come on April 3, at University.  Then it's off  to prepare for the All City Championships on April 21 at Washington HS.

For the All City Tournament each school is allowed to enter a maximum of 4 fencers per squad. It is expected that the Lowell squad will  comprise of seniors: Alex Cheng, Walter Pan, Jayne Stewart, Rachael Ferguson, and sophomore Stefani Kahookele.  Coach Scott Cunningham will face a difficult decision deciding on the 3rd and 4th spots for the guys squad as well as the 4th spot for the girls.
